The Circus Buffet – the perfect start to the day

Daily from 7am (8am on Saturdays and Sundays) until 1pm we are pleased to offer the Circus breakfast buffet to our guests for the price of €8. We have approached out breakfast buffet with the same philosophy that motivates everything we do at the Circus, a commitment to quality and hospitality.

We understand that value and quality are important to all our guests, and this has been fundamental to our breakfast concept. Rather then overwhelming you with pure quantity we decided to supply you with quality. Not only should it taste good and set you up for the rest of the day, but it should be both healthy and created with the highest quality ingredients.

We definitely don’t think it is necessary that the food on our table should have to travel halfway around the world to get here, and what you will find on the buffet is produce which we have made every effort to source from the Berlin region. We emphasize what is in season, as well as selecting suppliers who have a commitment to sustainable and ecological agriculture and food production.

We have tried to select the components of our buffet with careful consideration, such as fruit from the local area, freshly made fruit salad, organic yoghurt and milk, organic honey, jams and marmalades made here at the Circus from our very own recipe, top quality muesli, free range meats and eggs…we hope you get the picture!

One thing that all Germans are proud of is that we have – in our opinion at least – the best bread in the world. As it is something we eat every day, we are pretty sure that we know what’s good and we have carefully selected our bread from the Wholemeal Bakery Schedel und Perduss.

Our breakfast buffet has been put together with the same care an attention as everything else we have done in the Circus Hotel…we wanted to create a place where we would like to stay, and we have put together a breakfast that we would like to eat!
