The Circus Berlin and Fabisch are pleased to offer our guests the opportunity to learn the basics of classic cocktails with Gabe Toldi, Head Mixologist at Fabisch. Alongside his day – or should that be evening – job, Gabe is the creator of strainandserve.blogspot.com, one of Europe’s most popular cocktail websites, and he has worked bars across Europe including in the UK, Spain and Germany.

The Cocktail School costs €8 – for materials – and is an in-depth summary of a selection of classic cocktails, from the Martini and Manhattan through to the Salzerac and the Sidecar...how to make them and, of course, how to drink them!
