From January 28th until February 7th is the 11th edition of the Club Transmediale, Berlin’s festival for “adventurous music and related visual arts.” It is taking place in venues around Alexanderplatz, and the main spot for club nights, performances and concerts will be the newly re-opened WMF, one of the legendary names in the Berlin club scene.
There are loads of excellent nights out to be had over the course of the festival, but we would like to recommend a couple that we think should be extra special…
Friday 5th February – Four Tet, Kelpe, Fuckarma (eclectic, electronica, leftfield, IDM) and Joker, 2562, Scuba, Mount Kimble from Hotflush Recordings (dubstep).
You can have a listen to some of these guys here – Four Tet #1 / Four Tet #2 / Hotflush Recording
Saturday 6th February – From Canada, The Modern Deep Left Quartet and guests, ft. Deadbeat, Tikiman Video, Gabriel Coutu-Dumont (downtempo, future jazz, tech house)

You can find the full programme of everything that is going on at the Club Transmediale website.
