The Kitchen: Interview with designer rani al rajji

“The Kitchen” is the name of the café and lounge on the ground floor of The Circus Apartments, which will be opening in October 2011. Work is progressing nicely on the building, and we thought we would take the opportunity to catch up with the designer of “The Kitchen”, rani al rajji. On a pleasant late summer’s morning last week we had a chat, in which rani talks about his personal history with The Circus, the design brief he was given, and the different elements that will come together in the space.
