Regular readers of the Circus blog will know that we have been more than happy to plug the monthly events from the Berlin Film Society, and we have been incredibly impressed with the variety and quality of the progamme that they have put together over the past twelve months. To celebrate their first birthday and the Berlinale they are hosting a very special event… and here are the details:
The Berlin Film Society and Pret a Diner will celebrate the 63rd Berlin International Film Festival with a unique culinary and cinematic event. Combining Pret a Diner’s world-renowned taste for fine food and Michelin-starred chefs with the Berlin buy cialis online Film Society’s eye for relevant and thought-provoking films, this event will be a marriage of all the senses. Exactly 31 years after winning the Golden Bear Award at the 32nd Berlinale, the Berlin Film Society will resurrect Rainer Werner Fassbinder’s acclaimed film, VERONIKA VOSS, for this exclusive and special occasion. The venue is an abandoned opera and theatre prop factory, so is perfectly suited to our choice of film.
To fuel the celebration, there will be an open bar provided by JAMESON WHISKEY.
The chef will be Matthias Schmidt, recent recipient of his second Michelin Star for his consistency, ambition, and innovative approach in the kitchen.
