Restaurant Fabisch

In October 2008, we opened a third venue. Although the area around the Circus is full of excellent bars and restaurants, we realised that what was missing was a high-end café-bar and restaurant serving quality fresh German cuisine.  With this in mind we decided to create one for both guests and Berliners.

Fabisch is a ground floor restaurant, café and cocktail bar, situated in the Circus Hotel.  It is open from 7am until 2am.  The kitchen is open until 12am offering a breakfast menu until 1pm, a business lunch menu from 12pm until 3pm and a afternoon full food menu also from 12pm.  

Our vision for the new venue will be one of people sitting in the wonderful Winter Garden sipping a freshly squeezed orange juice whilst browsing through our selection of books and international newspapers and a others enjoying cocktails over a few bar snacks in the comfortable lounge area. All this at the same time as people ordering from our food menu and looking forward to their Schnitzel or vegetarian Roulade. Please find our menu here.

There is also a full events programme that runs hand in hand with the other two venues.  It hosts some of Berlin's finest DJs and a fantastic Sunday Brunch Beats, with a special themed buffet and musical set. With the work we are doing with art galleries and Berlin artists we will be offering a full range of cultural and artistic events.

All this creates an atmosphere where both international and Berliners can relax and enjoy their time together.
