The Circus Hotel
On the ground floor of The Circus Hotel you’ll find our lounge, library and garden courtyard. Take your time and linger over a leisurely breakfast or grab a bite to eat before heading out into the city. Breakfast is served from 7am-11am on weekdays and 8am-noon on weekends. What do you fancy? We’ve got pancakes, eggs how-you-like-them, vegan scramble and breakfast sandwiches, just to mention a few delicious options. We created our menu in collaboration with our partners at Codos, as well as local suppliers 19 Grams coffee, Beste Bagel, Bekarei and Paper & Tea.

The Circus Hotel
Every evening, Lost My Voice at The Circus Hotel serves up drinks created by a passionate team of bartenders, based on the motto ‘Back to the Roots’ – classics served with a contemporary twist. On our menu you’ll find highball creations such as the LMV Hugo, a modified Manhattan cocktail, as well as traditional favourites like the regular Daiquiri. Whatever your tipple, there’s something to suit all tastes, as well as a small but perfectly formed wine selection, bottled beer and a range of non-alcoholic drinks. Lost My Voice is open daily from 18:00.

Wherever possible, Codos uses regional suppliers and biodynamically grown ingredients. Everything can also be enjoyed in your room or in The Circus Hotel garden courtyard. The Codos kitchen is open daily from 08:00 to 18:00.

The Circus Hostel
Each morning you’ll find our famous buffet and other breakfast options in the Circus Cafe from 08:00–13:00, so even after a lie in there’s plenty of time for a healthy and tasty start to the day. From lunchtime into the evening we have a range of homemade cakes and cookies, sandwiches, snacks, and pizzas. If the weather is fine you can enjoy one of our own craft beers out on the terrace. In the winter, the cafe offers up plenty of cosy candle lit corners for a glass of mulled wine or hot chocolate. Join your fellow travellers to eat and drink, watch some sport on the big screen and join our regular social events… The Circus Cafe is open daily from 08:00

Down in the basement of the Circus Hostel is where the magic happens – our very own craft brewery producing a range of different beers. Each evening the Microbrewery is open for you to try our beers and on the menu you’ll also find spirits, cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks, making it a great place to warm up for a night out in the city. The Circus Microbrewery is open each evening from 18:00, and when you’re down there, don’t forget to check out our Hoff Museum, dedicated to the Baywatch star with a long and strange connection to this city of ours.
