Berlin Tourism site Visit Berlin

This is a really good site filled with lots of current info.  One of the best features is the photo-section of Berlin.  Several dozen pictures of sites across the city. When you click on the image it not only gets larger it also shows where it is located on a map.  Additionally, it gives a good history of the building or place.

The site offers a lot of basic information on the city and includes a good list of events in each Berlin neighbourhood. Unfortunately the site is only in German.
