All reservations for both places are made in our central booking office. Please mention in your request if you like to stay at the Circus Hostel or our new Hotel.

E-Mail enquiry
If you are using our E-Mail enquiry form for a reservation, we will receive your enquiry in our office, check availability and send an answer to you by mail.

We answer to all enquiries right away. Most of the times you will receive an answer within a few hours but we will never let you wait for more than a day!

If you don't see the answer, please keep in mind that our mail might be stranded in your spam filter. Please check for a mail from reservations@circus-berlin.de (The Circus Berlin) with the subject line "Your booking enquiry".

We ask you to reconfirm your reservation shortly before you get here.


Confirmed reservation by credit card
If you use the option for a confirmed reservation by credit card, you will use a service provided by our trusted partner Gomio.com.
For this service they ask for a booking fee (2,- Euro to 5,- Euro, depending on the number of guests).

Your credit card is used to secure your reservation so that you don't have to confirm with us again. Payment is due when you are here, we will not charge your credit card before that. Only the booking fee will be deducted by Gomio.com.


Stag- or Hen's night
Unfortunately we can not accommodate bachelor- or bachelorette parties (stag- or hen’s night), we are sorry.
We ask for your understanding and would like to inform you that we do reserve the right to cancel reservations for such parties.
