Is it possible that spring has sprung already in March? Well we certainly hope so! And to help you get out and see the best of Berlin this coming month, we’ve posted our March Behind the Curtain program of events and activities online for you to check out.
Some highlights this coming month include the return of our “Eyewitness History talks”, where we welcome back as a guest speaker Salomea Genin, who will share with us her memories of growing up in Berlin in the 1930’s as a young Jewish girl, her subsequent escape from National Socialism, and her surprising return to the GDR.
This month we’ll also be taking a trip to Berlin’s most internationally renowned museum for modern art – the Hamburger Bahnhof, to see what all the fuss is about, and on the music front we will checkout a free lunchtime concert over at the Berlin Philharmonie.
If its museums you’re into, we’ve got a special afterhours “night” tour of the Natural History Museum planned (also a great thing to do with the kids), and last but not least, we are all really excited to end the month by unlocking the former Airport Tempelhof for an exclusive guided tour exploring the buildings history and architecture.
This is just a few of the amazing tours and activities taking place at the Circus this March, for more information about what’s going on, simply click here.
